The trucks and equipment kept my items safe, and nothing was damaged. They even disassembled and reassembled my queen-size bed free of charge.

Serge and his team from Star State Movers were fantastic! They were professional, respectful, and very helpful. The crew arrived on time and first walked through our condo to see what furniture was being moved and what wasn’t. To keep things efficient, we labeled everything, and the team made sure all items were placed exactly in the right rooms at the new house.
They wrapped all of the furniture with blankets and cling wrap to protect it, which even created handles for hard-to-maneuver pieces — very ingenious! They successfully managed to move our solid-wood, 8-foot, 9-drawer dresser down two flights of stairs and into our new bedroom with no issues. The same went for our heavy adjustable bed, Lazy Boy recliner sofa, and several bookcases. They even helped us pack our flat screen TV when the original box didn’t quite fit everything.
Serge also went the extra mile by covering the brand-new carpet on our stairs with cling wrap to protect it from stains and dolly wheels.
As a tip for anyone preparing to move: we labeled each room in the new house with stickers, which made it easy for the crew to place everything correctly. This let us start unwrapping furniture as soon as it was unloaded.
